Steffen Thilsted is an angel investor, fundraising advisor to startups, and teacher of a joint entrepreneurship course at Copenhagen Business School—where as a student he won the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in recognition of the establishment of “1Calendar” in collaboration with Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship. Known in the industry as a passionate and tenacious leader, he’s helped raise more than $7.5M for several tech ventures, including Birdback, the first ever company to provide open card-linking solutions in Europe. He’s been an active part of 500Startups and Springboard (Techstars London), won the Venture Cup 2011 in the Mobile & Web category, and his efforts were recently featured on TechCrunch. Steffen was born in a quaint town outside Copenhagen. He began following his entrepreneurial ambition in high school by founding a now-defunct travel agency. His favorite pastimes include mountain climbing—not just in reaching the top, but in recognizing the many accomplishments that are soon to follow once the summit is reached.

When it comes to superpowers, Savvi’s extensive background in training and teaching is just the tip of the iceberg. Over the course of her career, she’s taught over 40,000 people in 300 cities on a variety of topics—from learning French to communications and technical training. Savvi also runs a killer event—her last major endeavor was co-creating an interactive Hollywood-themed affair in France for two-hundred marketing professionals in the aviation industry. Driven yet easy going, Savvi’s zest for life is supremely contagious and she’s been known to 'not save anything for the swim back'. When she’s not cooking up brilliant ideas for her projects, she can be found decompressing in nature, sometimes accompanied with pizza. Of note: she takes it with extra parmesan (aka crack).
